Safira‘s personal and traumatic birth experience drove her passion to support and advocate for mothers and families during the most precious and sensitive time in their lives. She is a mother and grandmother that also holds the title of Licensed Massage Therapist, Phlebotomist and EMT. Safira's innovative spirit drives her to continuously support birthing families.

Coach Jai, a certified Lifeguard, Water Safety Swim Instructor, and an Aqua Doulah; assisting families with emotional, physical, and informational support during the gestational, labor & delivery, and postpartum stages. Clients also get 4 prenatal swim classes to prepare for birthing their babies. Water aerobics improve strength, mobility
